Support Options

All registered users are given free technical support via email.  Where requested information is documented users will be directed to that information otherwise an explanation will be provided.  The information requested may be submitted to the FAQ section of the relevant product.

Where a support issue is not directly related to the code or product produced by
MJ Freelancing a support charge may be applicable and any such charges will be quoted in advance prior to the commencement of any work required.

Some products have a discussion group to enable community input from other users and this may well be the best place to start asking questions.  Where a discussion group is available all users will be notified of this at the time of their registration being processed.
